Charles F. Comer, was twice pastor of the Lunenburg Charge (1908 - 1911 & 1919 - 1921). He died in 1921 during his second appointment. C. F. Comer graduated from the University of Virginia and then graduated from divinity school at Vanderbilt (which in 1882 was a Methodist college). Of all of his churches, he always told his family that Antioch was his favorite. He loved the people of Antioch. |
